At Xpert Perfumes, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are happy to assist with a refund or exchange under the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Refund or Exchange
You may request a refund or exchange if:

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or incorrect:

Opened or used perfumes, attars, or air fresheners

Items without original packaging

Products purchased during promotions or clearance sales
Refund Process
Once your return is approved and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Refund processing time may take 7–10 business days
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
